Since 1990, I've worked with respected organizations across 5 continents, 17 countries, and industries including aerospace, biopharma, defense, energy, finance, healthcare, insurance, technology, and telecom. I've also founded or co‐founded two successful consulting firms; one focused on leadership excellence, the other on business analysis and software requirements development.
Over the past decade, I've focused on coaching executives and senior leaders to accelerate progress around significant business initiatives and organizational transformation. I help my coaching clients discover and define themselves authentically to achieve goals that yield significant enhancements in organizational climate, employee engagement, and business results.
